1. CONTRACT TERMS FOR MEDICAL CRUSADE – OPTOMETRISTS

     

    Intro:

    the Christ’s Compassion to the Rural World (CCRW) is a not-for-profit Christian organisation that brings Christian evangelical crusades as well as medical and welfare support to the underserved rural populace. It’s first two, very successful, crusades were held in Ikorodu, Lagos State and Ibadan, Oyo State.

    The Medical arm provides surgical services as well as general medical consultations with availability of surgical consumables, laboratory screening tests as well as a wide range of pharmaceuticals for medical complaints

     

    The Medical Crusade Services:

    The organisation has a requirement for qualified optometrists. An estimate of fifty (50) optometrists will be needed to meet the targets  for the Crusade.

     

    Qualifications

    1. a recognised degree in optometry as well as requisite certification, where necessary
    2. an active practising license

     

    Conditions of Service

    1. interested participants will be required to be available for service during the full duration of provision of services on the crusade days (typical hours from 8.00 am til 6.00 pm)
    2. during the crusade a brief, but officially designated, period will be given as tea/lunch break
    3. absolute decorum and professionalism shall be expected, and demanded, at all times
    4. payments for services rendered will be effected within three to five (3 – 5) working days following conclusion of the Crusade
    5. account numbers for effecting (3) above shall be provided by each participant
    6. participants who are interested in providing service pro bono are also welcome
